Report: AvtoVAZ to work out substitution of component parts till Sep

SAMARA, Mar 31 (PRIME) -- Russia’s largest car producer AvtoVAZ will work out options to substitute component parts until the end of August, Samara Region’s Governor Dmitry Azarov said in an interview to GTRK Samara television channel aired on Thursday.

“AvtoVAZ is working on changing logistics and on importing component parts from the friendly countries. AvtoVAZ is placing orders for imports substitution. AvtoVAZ thanks its engineering center and its designers, and is looking for options to substitute component parts, and I am sure that they will be able to find them until the end of this summer,” he said.
